Poca fantasia sulla colazione

Location was brilliant and was nice to have a pool on sight for a chill day

We booked here for a more “luxurious” stay during our backpacking trip. The first 2 days we had no hot water and safe to say the staff do not care. We asked and asked, they said someone had been but they did not realise we had been in the room the whole time and noone had been. Eventually we got it fixed with the expense that having hot water meant when we tried to use our tap it would explode from the pipe, they didn’t care about this either, when I tried to explain the bathroom would flood, the reply was … well it floods when you get shower so whats the difference?! The night staff (same man every night) was completely useless and laughed in your face when trying to talk to him. The corridor noise was awful, they clearly don’t tell guests to quiet down. Breakfast was a shambles, fly’s everywhere, this was the same in reception too. What a shame!

Отель мне понравился, мы должны понимать, что это Лаос, что здесь пока еще другие стандарты сервиса и само население живет просто. Поэтому, считаю отель стоит своих денег и полностью удовлетворил меня. Мы жили в номере с балконом, рекомендую именно этот вариант, виды невероятные !!! Номер с высокими потолками, с большой кроватью, с вешалкой , что очень важно, так как позволяет высушить одежду после стирки. Завтрак в азиатском стиле и довольно разнообразный, в других отелях состав меню не меняется. В общей зоне есть вода для гостей. Персонал отзывчивый, оказывали помощь по всем вопросам, даже угостили листовым чаем, так как в магазинах в округе чая нет.

После того как увидели вид из окна с утра, мы полностью забыли, что: - вечером бегали муравьи -Качество пастельного белья и полотенца было не очень хорошим (имелось пятна) -Не уходила вода в душевой , так как -неправильно сделан сток и вся ванная наполнялась водой.

Loved how central it was and quiet in the evening. LOVED how spacious the rooms were, views are also pretty at sunset even if you are on the lower floor 🫶🏽

วิวภายนอกห้องที่มีระเบียงจะเห็นทิวเขา เห็นบอลลูน และพารามอเตอร์บินเหนือท้องฟ้า สวยงาม พนักงานช่วยเหลือดี

ภายในห้อง โต๊ะสกปรก ขาดการดูแล ห้องทรุดโทรมผนังลอก ประตูลิฟท์ทั้งภายในภายนอกสกปรก ห้องน้ำสายฝักบัวขาด ทำให้น้ำไหลทิ้งไปครึ่ง แจ้งพนักงานก็แค่รับรู้ไม่แก้ไข น้ำเป็นระบบหม้อต้ม ถ้าคนใช้พร้อมๆกัน น้ำจะเบา เดี่ยวร้อนเย็น

Staff were extremely friendly, it was extremely clean, and it was great value for money
