Lage war gut. Ausblick war schön

Zimmer war dreckig. Komplett. Sowas habe ich selten gesehen. Zahnputzflecken an den spiegeln, überall Haare, dreckige Bettwäsche, es standen gebrauchte Badelatschen im Zimmer zur nutzung die aussahen als kommen sie vom Müll, es ging ein Bademandel im Zimmer der aussah als wäre er sonst zum Bodenwischen genutz wurden.Die Dusche ist defekt, sehr dreckig, Kalk flecken die sich seit Jahren in die Scheiben gefressen haben. Das Bett ist Brett hart. Das Frühstück war der Oberhammer; dreckiges Geschirr, eine kaffeemaschiene die so dreckig war, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Der Frühstücksraum war auch eher eine alte Werkstatt. Es standen zum Abend auch immer Motorroller da drinnnen. Der Pool war gekippt und nicht nutzbar.

Great view across the city and the room was very luxurious and spacious!

The location is great, close to basically everything. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they made our stay super comfortable!

The shower drain did not work so the bathroom floor flooded when we took a shower. However, this was a known problem and with some extra towels we took care of it. The breakfast was not great. The breakfast was from 7-10 but when we had breakfast around 9 the food was cold and pretty much all gone.

The hotel was a little out and away from the noise. It was clean and staff were welcoming. We booked a river view with a balcony. This had a great view of the mountains and hot air balloons.

There were a few rather noisy guest shouting in the corridors after 9pm on several nights during our stay. We were next door to a family with young children screaming next door. Once they settled in bed we didn’t hear them again.
