Need safety bars in bathroom

I can tell what I didn't: dogs barking, people shooting, bed making bad noises, bathroom ceiling fan with very loud noise, Ac unit very noisy

Overall nothing.

arrinving on 03/10/2025 i saw the hotel room,i went downstairs to talk with receptioniste asking if there it a way to cancel my night for the next day 04/10 he was wery nice saing that yes just i have to let them know before 10 am ,i told them i am telling from today wich was friday that i want to cancel my reservation and if there it any possibility for refund they sad no problm,second day did again the same thing other receptioniste told me that i have to call boocking.com to let them know about refound,waiting on line with them 45 min,an agent answer me telling me that they will send an email to econoludge and call them to let them know.i call econoludge and nothing the receptionniste sad they did not receive any email,anyway long time waiting etc no answer no refund, This place should be closed deffinitly! at night screaming people,cring ,laughing i was so skared that night,the room was disgusting durty full of hair,shoues stains on the pilow,insect on window ,,,,very bad experience Honestly still wondering how they have the approuval the keep that place open.

Check in went fine. Went to the room, non-smoking, stale smoke filled the room. Floors had cracks and pieces missing. Stains on bedding. Toilet handle wasn't even connected. Went right back to the front desk and checked out. They did however fully refund. But this place, albeit inexpensive, isn't even worth it at the price.

Did not have the breakfast but the room had ketchup stains on the floor, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable, the tub had mold on the drain, the towels were dingy, the hallway smelled of marijuana, the baseboard qas peeling in the bathroom.
