Room was clean and bedding was clean but on first day a ladybug appeared on the nightstand and on further investigation there were dozens of live and dead ones in the bedroom. The following morning there was an army of ants in and around a cup of juice. Mind you, I was on the third floor. I consider these types of insects as fairly formless so I collected the live lady bugs and released them outside

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. However, the one toilet was very wobbly and both toilets kept clogging and needed to be plunged multiple times.

The layout, 2 bedroom suite, breakfast, and happy hour.
Plugged toilet 2 out of 3 days. Black mold on tub, not able to call and reach someone at the service desk. Elevator floor dirty all 4 days that we were there, never cleaned. Noticed another plunger being delivered to another room. The facility maintenance was poor.

Everything was great!! The room size was beyond my expectations, everyone was comfortable not crowded. The breakfast was awesome and delicious!! The indoor pool was great (a little too much chlorine), but the kiddos had a great time!! Just a great family day get away together!!
