The property was very dirty and old . There is a very bad smell
I was there for work the first room we had had no heating and smell really bad so they gives us another room but the other room smell as bad as the first one and it was really dirty also . They gives us another third room but witch smell better but was also dirty , the third day we woke up to no water in the room . So we asked for a refund for the 5 days left we had to stay . Now I’m still waiting for the refund but the property is saying it’s up to booking.com to refund and booking is saying it’s up to the property to refund . So probably will never get the refund . I reserve couples of hotel every month for work . Will definitely NOT use booking in the future . You can find better places to stay in Cochrane then the travel inn
