Very nice band b near all amenities.

Room was very small, basic and no towels offered. We stayed in room 1 (adult and child). However, the breakfast was lovely and the hosts were friendly.

Great b&b close to centre of blackpool very convenient for local attractions. Free parking outside which is a great bonus. Nice clean room with in room sink and mirror , shared toilets and shower available ...all clean and no issue with sharing. Friendly family run who were very welcoming. Breakfast which was invluded in price was just what i needed the morning after... choice of cereal and cooked full breakfast with coffee/tea ....absolute value for money

Everything was great clean and very comfortable… coffee facilities and also great choice with tv channels … breakfast order was taken on arrival with choice of time and it was cooked perfect … staff were friendly and I will be back

Was a lovely stay LOVELY breakfast

Overall, very good. Toilet right next door to room, only us staying on the floor so no bathroom sharing. As an overnight stay in Blackpool you will not go far wrong. Did the job just fine. Would stay again. Parking and breakfast included in the price, bargain.

close to every thing you will ever want cheap as chips ray

Very dated decor like something from the 70's no en suit just a sink no towels provided shared shower & toilet between 6/7 rooms single glazed windows okd vuctiruan hoyse so very noisy

The hospitality we cannot fault. Food was excellent. We were rather shocked to find that the establishment had two shared toilets, neither of them had hand washing facilities. May we make a suggestion that you provide hand sanitisers in each toilet. The shower was small and does not have an extractor fan. Also not close to the toilet. Gracelands is clearly a family run B&B and has been running successfully for many years. It is dated and tired looking, but clearly it is loved by the family and full of memories of Dave's late wife Sue. Friendly, accomodating people. Parking is limited. A typical old Blackpool B&B.

No en-suite, no towels in room and dated. The family that ran it were lovely but could do we a lick of paint and an update
