It was clean

The price was higher than it should have been. We have stayed places in better locations and nicer places for far lower price. For a country inn and suites prices was way too high. Taxes added were double from the rest of our trip!

"Great stay, great price 10 out of 10"

The indoor pool was perfect, and with breakfast included just put the cherry on top of our stay. Applebee's in the same parking lot, just a quick walk for dinner.

Hot tub with not working at the time but not a deal breaker. Other than that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay.

There was no one at the front desk and no signage or direction on how to summon the worker. This was 6pm on a Friday. Finally after snooping around we found a phone that said to call “0” for the front desk so we did and finally the attendant appeared. As we were leaving for dinner another guest was trying to check in and having the same issue so we shared with him how we got assistance. I understand that there is other work to be done at a hotel but maybe have the front desk representative at the desk or in an area where they can hear or see people approaching the desk.

This was a nice hotel in a decent area close to the Mall of America and also close enough to go into Ellsworth Wisconsin for some cheese without it being a far drive from either.
