The room was OK however, shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. There was zero air conditioning in the elevator making it stiflingly hot. The fence around the patio enclosure was falling apart. The hotel could use some good maintenance.

"Home away"

Front desk is ALWAYS welcoming and efficient Best of all they always make our family feel welcome when they visit us at the hotel They put the the “HO” of home feeling into “HO” of a hotel. Have stayed here every year for at least a day or two for 4 years and will continue to do so.

Convenient location. Had everything we needed. Loved everything! From check in to check out everything was flawless! & it always smells clean/fresh. We got the 1bed suit. Would highly recommend this room & hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to MN.

The person at the check in desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The breakfast was very good. It was loud late at night in the hallway with people talking. Our room carpet had several large stains that should have been shampooed. It made the room look very bad.

Beautiful flowers outside! Fresh cookies inside. Breakfast was just ok. Only fruit was whole apples. No English muffins. Coffee wasn’t good at all.
