"Not the best and definitely not the worst."

The room was affordable and the beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning did not work in our room so we had to change in the middle of the night. The night clerk said breakfast was from 6 to 9 and the morning clerk said it was 7:30 to 9. Waffles were the only thing offered. I don't eat waffles.

"Awful experience"

Location close to family

Air did not work. And it was in the upper 80’s-mid 90’s Facility was very dirty. There was a huge crack between the door and the floor (going outside my room). That my whole shoe would fit through. The stairs(because my room was second floor). We rusted and pulling away from the frame. I would not recommend this place to anybody. When I tried to take. Shower you either had all hot or all cold. You could not use both. It would not let you.

The View of Pilot Mountain.

No breakfast as advertised, no staff at the front desk to talk to about the hold up on breakfast! If you have a maintenance person for heaven's sake, take the duct tape and caulking gun away from them.... The whole property needs a good power washing.

Room was dirty, door was broken and hardley securable, bathroom was dirty and needed a complete rebuild, bath/shower was lose and broken, floor was dirty, Check in staff failed to inform about a breakfast. Had people living at the hotel and their property was strewn all over. Pool was nice, bit we we forced to leave at 8pm.
