I liked how spacious the room was.

I did not like the fact that the facility was being renovated when we got there.

Nice hotel, they are doing some remodeling. Very good breakfast buffet. Our room didn't have extra tp and trash bags.

Overall it was a good stay, they were remodeling, room was very clean, staff are polite and friendly, the pool was warm and kids love it, the bed was comfy, breakfast was okay but prefer waffles instead of pancakes (machine was slow and ran out), same breakfast everyday. I don’t know how often they clean the room, we arrived Friday night, no one clean our room Saturday when we were out ( told staff room needed to clean), room wasn’t clean when we came back, had to ask for new towels, told reception on Sunday about room, they cleaned bathroom, changed trash can and made bed but didn’t vacuum.

A little slow on having booked room available due to temporary staff shortage No notice that when i used my card to pay they would send a charge when i check in and when i check out called about it and was told that one of charges would drop off in a couple of days.For a Holiday Inn Express , I would call it a so so experience. Once i got a room that evening, the room was clean and comfortable

The room was newly remodeled, the slightly chaotic because they are remodeling it now, but everything was very nice

A very warm genuine and hospitable Welcome set the tone for this Hotel. Thoroughly enjoyable yet brief stay. during our major Roadtrip. Everything was as expected, wanted and warranted but at a high standard. Thanks very much. Appreciated.

Breakfast was great. Staff could be aittle more accretive in policies. We had a group of baseball boys running up.and down the halls knocking on doors and running most of the night. They came down to pool throw8ng a football and hitting people. Said something to th3 staff mutilple times they said they would say something.

Had a horrible visit took my 6 year old granddaughter for her birthday to swim. Couldn't swim butb30 minutes due to unsupervised teenagers. They were from a baseball team. Jumping in pool landing on the smaller kids. Throwing a football hitting people including my granddaughter. The whole night was ruined we went to the room after saying sowmthjgn to staff twice and nothing was done about it. The sign said 16 or under had to have a adult. None of them had a adult

Staff was friendly property was clean and room had everything a traveler needs

You could hear people walking around and we were on top floor so it was our floor noice
