The hotel was adorable and reminded me of Italy. Located in a quiet, quaint part of town. All the linens were great!

Breakfast should be simplified to the place across the street only. Disappointed the on-site restaurant was closed.

"Lovely gem in Los Gatos!"

Hotel is really lovely. Def that Los Gatos vibe. Rich in deco and spa like areas everywhere you roam. The smell of eucalyptus trailing behind you. The hotel boasts easy parking, clean rooms and areas, and small but beautiful and kept pool and spa. The hotel offers complimentary light breakfast in am with coffee and juice. Nice touch. Housekeeping was always smiling. The best part was the spa! It’s separate, but still located in hotel. Best massage ever by Eva! Hydrafacil was ok. The only negative thing I would probably say is furniture is a little outdated, but I think that’s just goes with the classic and richness of the hotel. But it’s located across the street from a high school. Beautiful, yet obviously packed during the school year, causing traffic jams. All in all can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is lovely. It’s quiet and has a great gym. Only a few picky things- hotter water in the shower and they should have water in the gym. Beds are comfy And the hotel is close to good restaurants and wineries.
