Comfort Inn & Suites Voorhees-Mt Laurel

No shampoo, no body wash or soap for shower. Sheets stained yellow. Key card didn’t work. Wall outlets didn’t work.

We're handicapped and they gave us a room that wasn't accessible. The closet doors were broken and I called the manager to fix the toilet and he did. It broke again 2 more times so I had to fix it. They ran out of food on Easter Sunday in the breakfast room, and Monday we were served stale bread. The coffee is terrible. There's also no way to get in touch with corporate unless you pay to be a choice member. This hotel isn't worth the price. The microwave is broken too. The towels were dirty and smelled like food and the managers family member was sleeping in the lobby. I won't be going back.

Nothing. It was filthy. The first room they sent us to was filthy and the floor smelled like weed. They moved us to another room and that bathroom was dirty. Also, my cousin’s family had bugs in her room, so they moved her to another room and that room had mold in the toilet.

It was very dirty and the staff was rude

The room was spacious and had all the immenities needed.

Because of the language barrier we had trouble communicating with staff in the evening with some concerns regarding our room. The people in the room next to us were fighting the whole night and throwing furniture around,but there was no point in contacting the front desk again because of the language barrier so we had a sleepless night. You are not allowed to smoke in a hotel but we could get stoned walking down the hallway leaving our room, so obviously there was a lot of pot smoking going on. Also the breakfast that is provided would be better off not even providing one at all. Our room was not cleaned not even fresh towels, we came back from being out all day to a heap of wet towels left on the floor from the morning. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights but left after the 2nd night even though it was paid for. I don't understand how this hotel can even be on Booking. Com

It was OK. For our second time they gave us room that isn't HC accessible. Clearly we are handicap ♿️ and the shower had no grab bars. We are wheelchair bound and they know it. That upset me.

They ran out of breakfast on EASTER SUNDAY. How do you rub out of good on a holiday weekend? We ate handicap and they gave us a regular room. The towels were dirty. They literally smell like food. It was disgusting.

No housekeeper. Had to take out my own trash and ask for trash bags and toilet paper. The staff was obviously monitoring patrons during breakfast. The Continental breakfast was egg and sausage patties, watered down coffee, waffles and cereal. You could tell they were monitoring everything. I felt very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and bed comfortable

The air condition made a loud thumping continually, shower has no where to put soap, and breakfast was slim pickings if you are there on a weekday.
