"Horrible and i can tell by the way the staff responded this is normal for them.."

We needed up checking out in the middle of the night because there were mice in our room.. about 4 of them to be exact, on top of the desk

"Okay for a night not longer than that"

Location

No control of wall unit heater/ac in the room, it was disconnected for use. Also the shower water was only luke warm, not hotter than that

"I was very disappointed. I will not be saying there again should I travel back to the area to visit"

Breakfast

Number one I asked for extra pillows for the room never received them. Number 2I asked for an 8 AM wake up call never received it. Number 3 in order to watch the television you had to leave the hall light on all night long and it shined in my eyes so there was no separate outlet for the television

Sencillo pero Rico

Laundry la lavadora deja mucha agua en la ropa y la secadora tarda mucho en secar la picina deberían de limpiar Un poco más seguido en fuera todo muy agradable ubicación,la gente que atiende y limpieza excelente uno descansa muy bien
