The Ambassador Hotel of Waikiki, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location is really good. I could go to alamoana center and waikiki beach easily.

The smell inside of elevator and pillow were not really bad but not so good.

Coming and going can sometimes be the most stressful part of a trip, but this team turned it into a highlight! Scheseen's Kindness: Scheseen greeted us with the warmest smile and such genuine care. We were traveling with my 4 month old and she made the stay comfortable by sending up a crib that was sent up so fast for our ease. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so seen and looked after—thank you for being such a bright spot in our mornings! Seamless Efficiency: The valet team was consistently prompt, professional, and took such great care of us. We never had to worry about a thing; they had every detail covered with a "no-problem" attitude. It’s the people who make a place feel like home, and Scheseen and the valet crew truly went above and beyond. Nice hotel, very comfortable bed and location was good as well

you could hear everything that was going on outside the door and the staff was supposed to help me with a change with my booking and respond to a message from booking.com. I asked multiple times and the subject still doesn’t seem to be solved.

This was such a fabulous hotel. We had everything we needed, it was in the perfect location, and the staff was truly in a league of their own. Special shoutouts to the valet crew (Warren and Pierre), the front desk manager and Lance, and the entire team for making this hotel run so smoothly, and making this the BEST trip for me and my girls.

Micheal Martin introduced us to the loveliest people who prepared and served the most delicious food. They were also incredibly quick with their service and it went above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to them!!!

My husband and I showed up in Honolulu just as the recent storm hit so we were in our room more than we would have liked. The room was really spacious and clean. We loved having a little couch and table, and hooks for hanging our coats and other items up to try. We liked the reusable water bottles, and while we didn't get to use them, the beach rental hookup and discounts offered to us were really nice and would have made a beach visit really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful and working hard to keep the floors safe. The location is a short walk to the beach and there is a food truck lot across the street which also was closed for the weather. We hope to stay here again on a future visit!
