We stayed for one night before heading to Sesame Place the next day and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. The location was perfect with plenty of stores and food options nearby, plus free parking, which was very convenient. We also appreciated that the pool stayed open until 10pm. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for families visiting the area.

Not far from sesame.

Staff was not helpful nor pleasant to speak with. Not welcoming, very cold and alot of attitude. Scoffed at me like I was dumb when i inquired about a shuttle to sesame place, when the website stated there was one available to guests. A big reason we decided to book with this location. Room was not well maintained, AC was broken kept shutting off throughout the night making sleep uncomfortable. The AC was leaking, Alot. Kept getting our socks wet from the carpet in the area of the ac unit. Shower is the smallest shower I've ever seen in my life I dont know how thats even considered reasonable for guests. I stayed here with my family, would never do so again. Very uncomfortable stay.
