Bad condition room

i have stay at this hotel a few times. But this time the room i had you couldn't turn the nob on the refrigerator because it was broken. the next morning when i woke up house keeping knock on the door to clean the room. Me and my boyfriend left for the day, i return a couple of hours later to find the door was a little open so i just thought house keeping was going to clean it.When i return around 5:30 the door was still open and my room wasn't clean at all. So i went to the front desk and let the man know , i ask for another room and he said no. So i told him to give me all the stuff to clean the room and i will do it myself.

Nothing

The rooms were small, asked for non smoking room, given a smoking room. Place was filled with drug addicts. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable

No lock on our door. Hot tub was leaking. Weird people walking around soliciting. I was double charged for one night $200!!

They was not good water in the shower plus the at all rooms was dirty

*1/5 stars - Avoid this motel at all costs!* I recently had a disastrous experience at this motel after booking through Expedia. Upon arrival, I received a key card that didn't work, and the receptionist seemed skeptical when I reported the issue. After verifying the problem, he offered to move me to another room. However, the new room was a nightmare - it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the linens had burn holes. The receptionist claimed it was my assigned room, but I refused to stay there. When I asked for a non-smoking room with a king-sized bed, he demanded extra payment. The motel's policy, as explained by the receptionist, was that standard rooms are smoking rooms by default. The room's condition was unacceptable, with a worn-out bathroom and a terrible mattress. Needless to say, I won't be booking this motel again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you value a clean and comfortable stay, look elsewhere.

Property needs to be updated plus some jacuzzi rooms need to be smoke free
