"Bad Customer Service and bad hotel."

Casino book hotel for me on Fri April 25. I spend all night at casino. I come back to the room in the morning, had breakfast then go to the room. turn on A/C it is very noisy. i try to sleep but cannot. too noisy. I went down to tell the front desk that the A/C in the room is very noisy. I try to sleep for few hour before check out. Instead of she offer me a new room to sleep, She say sorry. sorry is not going to get me some sleep. Her excuse is that no one ever complain about A/C in the room, but the hotel should check the room before provide it to customer and if the room is not good. Should offer another room. I try to tell her i need some sleep for few hours. she said I interrupt her. she ask me to leave. so, she took my key. She did not ask if i still have my stuffs in the room or not. I told her, I need to get my stuffs, after i took my tuffs out, return the key She is still rude. no offer a room to sleep for customer. This is the worst experience in my life as far as stay in holiday inn. If i can give lower then 1 Star, I will. If i have time, I will write this bad experience to Holiday Inn Cooperate. i want to see what they will say about this.
