Apartment Micnek Bled

This is a beautiful, comfortable home just a short walk from Lake Bled. We could not have asked for a better stay for both our dogs and child! The loft was perfect for an older kid, the fenced in yard area made the dogs so much calmer, the view was spectacular, and having a separate sauna space was the cherry on top. Dusan and Zlata were excellent hosts and happy to help with anything! Slovenia is wonderful and this is a great jumping off point for exploring!

This was my second stay at apartment Micnek. The property is comfortable and has everything you need from well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, towels, bedding etc. There are also bikes available and one of the apartments has use of a sauna and jacuzzi along with a wood burner which is very cosy for winter months. The hosts are very attentive and leave a welcome basket with delicious home made jam. The walk to Bled takes about 20 to 30 minutes and to the lake about 5 to 10 minutes. There is a bakery across the road to get fresh bread and cakes.

Comfortable flat with all amenities. Location is great - close to Lake Bled and a wonderful little bakery on your door step Host is very accommodating and hospitable

Only one issue is the low ceilings in the flat- my husband kept hitting his head on the ceiling lights!

Die Unterkunft ist ein liebevoll restauriertes und wunderschön eingerichtetes altes Bauernhaus. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Untergeschoss gibt es eine Sauna, eine kleine Wellnessoase. Die Betreuung durch Dusan und Zlata war super, es gab zur Begrüßung selbstgemachte Marmelade und Likör, Dusan war jederzeit erreichbar, wir haben uns gefühlt wie bei Freunden. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.

Die Entfernung zum See und zu den Restaurants war relativ weit.

The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped with everything anyone might need during a vacation, perfect location, has a balcony with great view, the hosts are the nicest people and were very generous with our requests

The host was just lovely. Duscan collected us from the train station and even let us check in much earlier than planned. I’d been suffering with a sore throat and he even sorted me out with a spray to help ease my symptoms. Duscan also arranged a taxi to the airport on our last day which was very helpful. A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location away from the main centre of Bled. The bikes allowed us to explore the sites around the area. The kids absolutely loved it and we would most definitely stay here again.

There’s nothing not to like about this property. Lovely views and tranquility whilst still being able to walk, or ride using the bikes provided into Bled. Lovely friendly bakery practically next door.

Nice apartment a small distance from the centre of town, just what we were after. Free use of bikes was a nice touch and a bakery just up the road was also very convenient. Owner was also very responsive and helpful.

No complaints about the property but the bells from a local church being rung at 7am every morning for a solid minute was quite annoying.
