Not too far from the motorway and quite spacious

Bathroom was smelly, there is no reception and you have to ring to be let in. Payment was demanded before we saw the room and despite 4 attempts none of them worked, tried to explain payment was quarantined by Booking.com they were not happy and said they would return later, they did not and I gave them until 9am but then had to leave. Breakfast was laid out the night before and there was nothing fresh or worth eating so we had breakfast elsewhere. The village has nowhere half reasonable to eat so don’t bother with this one it is not a hotel. The bed was too hard.

Amenities of the house are good for a large group, with big rooms and good common areas. Location if your passing ou travelling by car. Well equipped kitchen but poor breakfast. Rooms are chill when its hot outside, cold at night. EV charger on the Private parking few houses away.

Mysteriously the Air condition STOPED functioning after the first day, all of them across our rooms, they told it was an "electric problem" but... happened to other guests before as said in other reviews. COLD SHOWER In 2 days of our 4 days stay, they are sorry about it but that's just NOT ok for a whole family. Location is only to sleep or if you're on the passage. but that we knew that in advance. Check-in took too long, and we had to call the host after arriving and wait. (maybe try a locker key?) Breakfast was poor and just passable, lots of industrial packed sweet pastries, and lack of fresh fruits, eggs , cheese and no fresh bread.

Everything! We were made very welcome and it felt like a beautiful home. Super comfortable room with everything you need, access to a very clean and modern kitchen, breakfast was help yourself, lovely outside area to sit and all this in a tranquil tiny village 20min from Caceres. Easy and safe parking behind the house. I can highly recommend Casa Julia Vegas ⭐️
