The room was clean, well equipped with towels and blankets, all electronics worked, and very comfortable for my family of 5. Breakfast was delicious and every one of staff was pleasant and helpful. Truly considerate of situation and allowed for a change in reservation to avoid the snow storm. We are so grateful.

Lujleta at reception was bright, cheery, and welcoming, as well as efficient in proactively giving us information about complimentary breakfast, fitness room, free filtered water there, and asking how many keys we wanted. Two thumbs up for Lujleta!
