The lobby area was very nice. Communications with staff were excellent, both by phone prior to arrival and during the stay. The room was nice and comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was low, and my room did not have cold water in the shower. Only upon turning on the shower was there cold water for about 10 seconds, then it changed to extremely hot, to warm as you moved through the handle position. Also, it may be a good idea to provide screen doors for the balcony/patio doors. I had a first floor room and was a little uncomfortable leaving the doors open when critters or bugs could crawl in without you knowing. I saw crickets around the hotel and felt one might slip in if the door was just left open on the ground floor.

we were in town for our son’s baseball tournament and we explicitly asked for king rooms next to each other. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have anything threw up their arms and did nothing rectify the situation really piss poor customer service.

Es gibt nichts positives zu berichten, außer das viel Security im und ums Hotel unterwegs ist. Aber ob das positiv ist?

Es ist alt und abgeranzt. Die Bilder spiegeln ein lange vergangende Zeit ab. Absolute Katastrophe. Es war so dreckig und abgewohnt, das meine Frau im Auto geschlafen hat.
