Der vorhandener Parkplatz auch wenn gegen Gebühr ist sehr entscheidend für uns gewesen. Die Ausstattung und Freundlichkeit ist für uns selbstverständlich, was wir voraussetzen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und auch das Bad grosszügig, was wir gerne hervorheben wollen.

Der Gang bei den Aufzügen riecht extrem stark nach Rauch oder ähnlichem. Wir hatten am ersten Abend kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, was definitiv nicht sein darf. Wir haben es am folgenden Morgen der Rezeption mitgeteilt gehabt.

The location is absolutely fantastic — one of the highlights of our stay. The room itself was pleasant and well-appointed, with good storage space including a nice closet.

Breakfast was underwhelming for a 4-star property — the selection and quality didn't match the hotel's standard. Housekeeping was also inconsistent; our room was only partially cleaned on at least one occasion. The most frustrating experience was around payment. At check-in, I asked the receptionist whether the pre-authorization could be converted into a full payment to simplify checkout. I was clearly told this would be sorted at check-out. When the time came, we were informed it wasn't possible due to the hotel's no-prepayment policy — something that should have been communicated upfront rather than after the fact. It caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Lastly, for an international 4-star hotel, it's reasonable to expect front desk staff to be fluent in English. One receptionist struggled significantly with communication, which made interactions difficult.
