Staff are lovely at reception. Proactive and very welcoming. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Decent bar.

Bar food was served cold (vegetables) and long wait for food. Bar staff, even though plenty on shift were slow to serve, react or accept payments.

Nothing.

Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. On one of the hottest days ever recorded in Ireland, it was 32°C outside and 30°C inside my room. There was no air conditioning and not even a fan. At one point I genuinely thought I was going to pass out from the heat. I had to call reception four times to complain and ask for a solution before a fan was eventually brought to my room, despite initially being told by Cian on reception that there were no fans available because “they were all being used” and “some had broken.” That simply isn’t acceptable during extreme temperatures. What made the whole experience even worse was the complete lack of urgency or concern shown by the staff. When I tried to order room service, I called the restaurant five times, with the phone ringing out every single time. When I eventually got through to reception, I was told they weren’t sure why the restaurant wasn’t answering and that someone would call me back. It then took another 30 minutes before I finally received a call. The problems didn’t stop there. The rooms are outdated, the TV didn’t work, and there were numerous other issues throughout my stay. The list of problems just seemed endless. I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Limerick before, but unfortunately this will be my last visit. There are plenty of hotels in the area offering better facilities, better service, and often at a lower price. Based on this experience, I simply cannot recommend staying here.

Great hotel with everything you might need in one location (restaurant, bar, spa, small farm). It's located a bit outside if Limerick, but has bus connection if required.

We were a bit disappointed by the restaurant, the food was satisfactory, but nothing special.

I arrived on Thursday 18th to attend my daughter’s wedding the following day. From the day we arrived to the morning we left the service we received was exceptional. We could not ask for more. Thinne and Wesley are a credit to the radisson, so professional the radisson are so lucky to have them both. I would highly recommend the Radisson for weddings from the venue to the food the personalised service made my daughters and my son in law wedding magical.
