Dressing gowns in room were too small .. i am a 16 ... i would say they would only fit a 10 Hotel should advise swimming caps are a must for use of pool Menu gets boring if there for over 3 days Soup of the day was same for week

Location & parking

Bar staff not one bit friendly or welcoming & poor service from them. Steam room in spa not working (& told by local user that this has been the case for some time). Breakfast poor, ordered a skillet & it was horrible, but again staff didn't seem to care. Brought the above to the attention of receptionist on check out & she apologized. Its no good if you ever decide to come back we will give you a reduction or see after you. Its on the day this should happen.

If you’re going to offer vegetarian/vegan options, then at least please learn to cook them properly! My wife ordered the cauliflower steak - clearly was not cooked as it should have been. Was rock hard and inedible. Was taken back to the kitchen and when it came back it was scalding hot like it had been nuked but was still hard as a rock and inedible. Please, either give these dishes the attention required or simply do not offer them - vegan and vegetarian options should not be token efforts in this day and age!
