Radisson BLU Hotel and Spa, Limerick

I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Presley at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Limerick, and I can honestly say the service was exceptional from start to finish. Presley is the definition of professionalism, warmth, and leadership. As a team leader and waitress, she went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail, friendly personality, and ability to handle everything so smoothly — even when busy — was truly impressive. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for guests, and her positive attitude clearly inspires the rest of the team around her. Outstanding customer service like Presley’s is rare to find, and she is a huge credit to the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa. Thank you for making our experience so memorable — we’ll definitely be back!

The Spa

Lovely size bedroom. Bar and restaurant very stylish and very warm welcome from the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Free spacious car park. Staff were really friendly & helpful.

No air conditioning, room too hot.

Lovely hotel to stay in and the property has load to offer with a lovey small farm out the back. Great for family's and couples

All the staff were friendly and polite bar one member of staff she was quite rude and disrespectful and just not one bit friendly or welcoming.

Worst hotel! Door keys don’t work. Hotel room cleaning was non existent! All we got was apologies instead of the service expected in a 4 star hotel. Do not stay here!

I was at a wedding and the food was excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.
