Business Inn Grandeur Fuchu

The location was excellent. The room was decent, with good facilities. As a business hotel, it isn’t flamboyant, but it is practical, clean, and very good. There are three buildings in this Grandeur group, and this one may have all the amenities (kitchen and bath), having formerly been residential flats.

The room is much smaller than display on the website. Woke up in the morning and found out the toilet was leaking with water around. In fact, they have 2 buildings one is above the restaurant and the other one is opposite the road which is new building. We book for non smoking room but they took us to a smoking room above the restaurant which full of smells of cigarette and cooking. We told them we need non smoking room again Then they took us to the other building, very tricky!

It's a 5-minute walk from Domo Subway Station, and there's a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel. I've stayed here several times, and the uncle at the reception is always very polite and courteous. The room is cleaned very well. There's also a washing machine and a microwave. Apart from being a bit small, it's perfect.

Magnificent staying experience, staff were nice, polite and helpful. Smoking room was very quiet. Definitely want to stay here again.
