Location was excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I couldn't get a taxi on Saturday due to the public holiday but the hotel secured one for me. Room was huge and lots of options for breakfast

Sicuramente la struttura è un viaggio nel passato, sembrava di trovarsi a corte in una reggia

Non ho controllato bene la presenza di una SPA, su booking la dava disponibile, ma solo il giorno prima quando ho telefonato ho scoperto che non fosse presenta sauna idromassaggio e bagno turco.

מיקום מעולה. 3 דקות מכיכר העיר העתיקה. מבנה מעוטר ועשיר בפרטים עתיקים. סוויטה נהדרת. מוארת ומאווררת.

ארוחת בוקר. עשירה אולם בינונית בטעמים. חביתות וביצים לא חמות . חוסר בירקות טריים ובגבינות לבנות. אמבטיה: מתקן טוש גבוה מידי ולא מאפשר רחצה ללא אחיזה במזלף. קו טלפון לקבלה: לא פעל ולא תוקן במשך כל זמן השהייה .אילץ לרדת לקבלה לבקשות וברורים שונים.

La struttura è un antico palazzo nobiliare, sembra di fare un salto nel passato, molto molto bello! Lo Staff è molto accogliente, gentile e pieno di simpatia! Circa la colazione ottima, riguardo questa però mi sentirei di dare due consigli: Aggiungere i cartellini per eventuali allergie e intolleranze E circa la colazione senza glutine magari aggiungerei qualche dolce anche gluten free 😊

Il palazzo storico è davvero bello e raffinato nell’arredo. Abbiamo dormito in una stanza affrescata e molto ampia. In bagno varietà di set per toilette a disposizione. Il personale è stato cortese e attentissimo. Colazione a buffet molto varia e ottima.
