we had a fab time in Genoa, the hotel was really lovely, spotlessly clean...and staff were so polite and helpful...we would definitely stay in this hotel again, as it also just a short stroll to the centre

the shower cubicle was quite small, so was bit challenging for us,

"I was having problem with my shower , I infront the front desk they take action fix it right away"

Stuff very welcoming and kind , good location bus stop in the front a nice coffee shop cross street and all the shopping , very walkable place to the central attractions
