"Exceptional"

The staff was very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a tv that would not work and the staff checked it out and had no issues moving us to a new room. Would stay here any time while in Barranquilla

"Disappointing"

Room was clean

Staff were soo unhelpful and rude. 1. Didn't give us the WiFi code. We had to give them each appliance so they could type it in. 2. Asked for a plate from the kitchen after being advised by reception and told by kitchen staff we weren't allowed 3. Breakfast staff just rude 4. Room very small

"To pricy for what you get with an east european charme before the wall fell down."

Poorly made and unhealthy products for breakfast. Perfect for meat, fat abd sugar lovers.

One lady at the front desk was unfriendly. Rooms are tiny and noisy.

The staff was friendly and it was clean.

1. IT DOESN'T HAVE HOT WATER. 2. It's not a tourist or business trip hotel, it's the kind of place that young couples go to have sex and leave. 3. Location is awful, nothing nearby to get food at night or go for a walk. 4. Neighborhood is full of garbage.
