RIAD LA GAZELLE DU SUD

The service in this hotel is fabulous and the team went out of their way to help us with queries and bookings (for example getting to the Jarjeer Donkey Sanctury). Once you step through the studded wooden door it opens into a beautiful oasis, calm and peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the souks. The location is excellent, central to most of the places on our list to visit and just around the corner from the beautiful Secret Garden. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Just a small suggestion for the team. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the wonderful service you provided. However, after staying three nights we would have appreciated some variation, for example daily fresh fruit or egg options.

Beautiful room. Lovely breakfast. Staff went out of their way for us to ensure we had something to eat even when we had an early start. Would recommend the airport transfer, was very convenient upon arrival to Marrakech (it would be very hard to find otherwise - as are all riads in the medina!)

posizione facilmente raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata dalla porta di accesso alla medina più vicina, ma in posizione silenziosa. Colazione di ottima qualità anche se prevalentemente dolce; contesto piccolo e raccolto. Camera molto spaziosa, letto comodo!

le camere non sono insonorizzate (d'altronde, non è un hotel!) e la poca educazione dei vicini di camera che in piena notte parlavano ad alta voce sghignazzando, ha creato qualche problema una sera, ma il personale è prontamente intervenuto, cosa che mi ha stupito positivamente. Sarebbe stato carino poter farsi un te caldo dopo essere rientrati alla sera (considerando anche le temperature non molto alte in quei giorni)

My stay at this Riad was exceptional. From the moment I booked, they were always very attentive. The Riad was super clean and is a very beautiful and well-decorated Riad. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff, as well as the owner, are very friendly, concerned about our well-being, and make sure we lack nothing. I would gladly return here again.

The location was great in the heart of the souks, interiors and rooms were lovely. The staff were so helpful and provided exceptional service. You could ask the staff any questions and they were beyond helpful with information and advice.
