Nice little holiday inn in wheeling prospect heights area. Lots of parking close to hotel.., good layout for the mobility impaired where you dont have that much walking to get comfy. They actually had a decent breakfast although i wanted some juice i couldnt find. Not to say it wasnt there i didnt see it. Close to major roads.

Breakfast ok. Staff generally ok. Ladies at reception very good.

Cleaning staff do not speak English. Tough to communicate. One male staff at reception exceptionally rude and unnecessarily aggressive. He shouldn't be in the service industry. Because of interaction with him, overall scoring has been pulled down.

"The facility had adequate parking and the room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good."

Clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, roomy, well equipped.

Water could have been softer, bed was too close to the air conditioning unit and not much room to get between it and the bed. Some employees did not seem overly friendly.
