"Okay stay just not great."

Location, breakfast, friendly staff

Patrons allowed to be noisy late in the evening. Past midnight. Outside door slams shut and causes an extreme nuisance. Weird noise prior to when the air turned on.

"Great!"

Although the Hotel is under construction it was still neat and clean. The staff was top tier and very attentive. I asked for additional sheet and they were at the door in seconds and it was after 10 at night. I had a problem with WI-FI access because due to my last name being hyphenated...It was fixed immediately! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms and restrooms were upgraded and very chic!

I like the location and how accommodating the staff was

I found a roach in the room and i was woken up multiple times during the night to doors being slammed and people shouting in the hallway

"I will likely stay here again."

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I felt safe and had no worries about the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

I usually bring a hairdryer with me but did not this time. Most hotels have a courtesy hair dryer so I didn't worry with bringing one. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer in the room so I had to attend a conference with damp and frizzy hair.

"Okay in a pinch but wouldn’t pay to stay there again."

A/c was fine. Water temp was fine. Staff were nice/helpful.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. It slid around on platform. I don’t like the change out to vinyl flooring-it makes the rooms feel cold/sterile more like a nursing home/hospital rather than cozy or comfortable. Breakfast was-a 5 out of 10.
