pentahotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

I stayed one night. The hotel is very cool looking and very interesting decor. However, in hotels.com and the hotel website says there is air conditioning. This hotel is a "4" star hotel. Before I went to bed turned the Air conditioning on. Air conditioning never got below 20c. Around 445am, I called receptionist and they said they would have someone come by around 10 mins. 20 mins later no one was there and I called again. They said a tech will have to come 830/9am. I told them to not worry about since I was checking out in the morning around 930am. Two spoke in french and then hung up the phone without apologies for this issue.

TV did not work.

I enjoyed my stay.

I had an excellent stay at the Pentahotel Paris CDG Airport. The proximity to the airport can’t be beat. The common areas were superb, with plenty of couches, desks, and other comfortable spaces. The dining area offered enough options that I didn’t need to leave the hotel and could count on getting food late at night. Room service was available with a variety of good options. The area around the hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was great, with ample choices. I highly recommend including breakfast upon arrival since the price is heavily discounted and definitely worth it. There is a shopping mall within a 20-minute walk or an 8-minute Uber ride, adding to the convenience. The room was ready for an early check-in and was properly clean. It was absolutely huge, featuring a massive bed, living room, and desk, making it feel incredibly spacious, especially compared to downtown Paris. The room AC worked well and was easy to adjust. We stayed there overnight before our flight the next morning, and the experience was absolutely effortless. Check-out was also smooth and hassle-free. They offer Uber service to the airport for a flat fee at a highly beneficial rate – definitely take advantage of it. The staff were friendly, courteous, and complimented my French! This hotel is a great deal and extremely convenient for travel out of or into CDG. I highly recommend it for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Breakfast was outrageously expensive €22, so we didn't take it. No convenient way to go into Paris without first going back to CDG by bus or taxi. Very few restaurant choices in the area. It's basically an island campus of hotels. Our room was worn out with wall and carpet damage.
