Location was great, food was great, drinks, staff and entertainment were really good. One of the few places I missed when I got home.

Not really a hotel problem but people on the beach and amount of Seaweed everyone is avoiding responsibility for.

A good beachfront location with easy access to the ocean. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable, while the pool and lush tropical garden. Entertainment was a highlight.

Unfortunately, the food quality falls short of expectations for an all-inclusive setup—it's not the buffet one might hope for, and we'd prefer paying for higher-quality meals instead. There are no on-site restaurants, forcing us to venture out for better options every time. While clean, the overall vibe can feel a bit sterile, and some reception managers were quite unhelpful on multiple occasions. We experienced items going missing from our room, like chargers, manicure tools. The cleaners were disruptively loud early in the morning, banging on doors and entering while we were still asleep. Overall, it's suitable for a short stay for a weekend, rather than a longer vacation.
