No line in the parking spot.

This property was a disappointment staff was not friendly very cold, tried to check in 30 minutes early we were told it would be extra 20.00. Ice machines were broken. Pool along the tiles on the side were dirty you could scrape the scum and dirt off with your fingernail. Breakfast was very good and keep up.

You get what you pay for with this property. We didn’t feel safe and struggled to sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner. When the main door closed you could see a very prominent gap around the edges. The sliding doors didn’t lock and there was a pole that kept it shut. At one time the sliding door came off and we couldn’t open or close it (had a 5 inch opening). We had to call the front desk and the worker slid right through the opening, picked the door up and put it back on the railing. The customer service is nice but the property is in need of some serious updates. The pool is nice but was filled with leaves and the jacuzzi didn’t turn on so my kids didn’t enjoy it.

We ended up leaving and not staying at this hotel. The service was terrible. Waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. After hearing about how the worker was over worked and the only person there... we were handed our key to our room. Told where to park and when we pulled in to park there were several "drunk" people at our outside door. We did NOT feel comfortable with this. After trying to get into our room and the key would not open the door we decided to leave and go to a "safe" place. I would NOT stay here again or recommend it.

Carpet need to be cleaned or changed.
