AC unit was noisy. Requested new room shortly after arriving but management refused, even though they admitted having available rooms. They’ll fix it, after we checked out.

In short we booked a pool facing room so we could just go out to the pool with our kids easily. they then told us we booked a standard room and wanted to charge us an extra 105 dollars a night to upgrade to that type of room.

Check-in was easy and the employee was very friendly and efficient. A+ A couple of items that are not a huge issue but will mention so they can be fixed. Room was missing a laundry bag and Do Not Disturb sign. Bedside lamps crooked or damaged (but did work)
