La ubicación fue perfecta para nuestros planes. Todo el personal siempre fue amable y atento. Las habitaciones son limpias y las camas muy cómodas para el descanso. El desayuno es completo y variado.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una de las tarjetas de acceso a los cuartos, pero fue resuelto sin problemas.

Me hubiera gustado, que la habitación hubiera tenido más limpieza, pues las sábanas están manchadas y había muchos cabellos en varias partes del cuarto

El confort, limpieza, baño, servicio de cafetera en habitación, control de aire acondicionado. Mi agradecimiento a todo el personal de recepción, habitaciones y restaurante por el trato El baño en PB en excelentes condiciones y uso y con un aroma increible y distinto a todos los hoteles que he visitado en muchos años.

Lo único que no me gustó fu que el control remoto de la TV no funcionaba y había que cambiarle las baterías.

El desayuno que venía incluido estuvo muy completo, muy variado y delicioso, el servicio de cocina está muy al pendiente. En la recepción te atienden muy bien y si tienes algún inconveniente te lo resuelven en seguida.

La tasa de baño tenía un aroma peculiar, con un aromatizante podría mejorar
