"Overall a fair experience, but could use some work and better preparation."

Location good, staff friendly. Aircon worked well. Nice large pool that was clean.

Dated interior that could use an upgrade. Rug coming loose, no 2-point plug or adapter. Found an old plaster in bed. Not good preparation, 4 people staying in room with only 2 cups and 2 towels. Would be nice to have a small bar fridge to keep things cold.

Location was convenient. Attendend SA Biathlon.

Bed pillows - extremely uncomfortable. The inner pillows which was stained was covered with several pillow cases. The bottom of the shower curtain was mouldy.

Staff was friendly

Place very old and out dated. The bedding was torn. There was no mini bar in the room. Door weren't able to lock. No facilities as expected.

"The stay was no bad, but i would try something else when at Oudtshoorn"

The facilty is ok, nothing extra or exciting. i think the bathroom can be worked on

the shower
