Mountain Resort

It is located in a very nice place. You can feel the fresh air and touch of cloud from the balcony. The manger was super supportive, dedicated, flexible and friendly. He arranged everything to keep us comfortable in this inclement weather. The food was very tasty too.

There is nothing bad in the property

The stay was worse. The room had a very awful smell. It was so bad with the food also. The staff were also not good. They didn't know whether I had booked the room or not. it's been many times I have travelled but it was worse.

The service is good and the staff is very friendly.

The staff seemed really lovely and nice. Our room had a big balcony.

The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a slightly more comfortable floor. Our overhead shower did not work. We told the staff. Someone fidgeted with it for a few minutes and then left saying they'd be back and did not return. The toilet also stopped flushing for a while. The lack of hot water made showering in 2 degree weather quite the undesirable experience. The staff also seemed like he didn't have a set price for the room when asked so we were overcharged a bit compared to the booking price. Don't know if this was due to the balcony but we didn't request a room with one.
