"Bien en un sentido y decepcionante en otro. Hotel en Ashville era mejor servicio y mejor tarifa."

La ubicacion muy conveniente: al lado del tren y de acceso a autopista y algunos restaurantes.

El desayuno no estaba bien servido. No habia fruta, despues de reclamar hubo solo banana y al dia siguiente. Para mi consumo de gluten free era importante. Para mi esposo no habia pan y la respuesta era que se habia terminado. Habia que reclamar mas agua caliente para te y mas cafe. Los Termos eran pequenios y se vaciaban rapido. Sensacion de desorganizacion y de falla en la respuesta adecuada al cliente. Limpieza cada 3 dias, solo mas seguida si reclamaba en el front desk. La puerta del banio no cerraba bien, la canilla del lavamanos estaba dura, se desmagnetizaba la llave de la puerta. Habia buena voluntad aparente pero torpeza en la respuesta util.

It appeared clean enough. The decor was very nice. The small touches in the bathroom were nice. The beds were very comfortable.

The carpets had stains that were questionable. The room had a smell that honestly reminded me of pee.
