The sockets near the bed did not work, the staff did nothing about it

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fact that they all speak such good English is great. Domenico especially made the stay as good as it was - he was unfailingly polite and friendly, and delivered delicious food and cocktails. I was surprised that the hotel had only one member of staff looking after the restaurant and the bar, especially as it was quite busy.

The bedding was shocking - the duvet was thin and the material in clumps, like cotton wool inside a pillow case, and the pillows themselves lumpy and uncomfortable. The traffic outside was noisy, and the air conditioning so loud I had to turn it off. Of course you can't do anything about the location, but it was difficult to get to from the station on foot.

The room was super comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a separate shower room and toilet. I found it super comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing, both my partner and I had a great sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't complaint at all.
