Best Western Watertown Inn & Suites

the staff was very nice and the room was clean

the door stuck a little and was hard to open at times

Short handed had to call on a number to get front desk person to come help

Clean room , very comfortable bed.

Coffee not good for a BW. Breakfast menu very limited. No fresh rolls or Danish. The shower diverter not working very well, water was still flowing out the spigot.

I was in town for a family member’s wedding. Stayed two nights. There was a cheerleader competition that weekend and pheasant hunting season so the hotel was quite busy, but the staff handled it very well. Every member of the staff from front desk to housekeeping were very pleasant. The room was quite large, the hotel quiet despite the large amount of young people staying there. Free ample parking. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Not specific to this hotel, but most in general, the toilet I found to be very low to the floor. I really wish that this would be addressed with all hotels. The kids made full use of the water park and so did most of the cheerleaders! They had a lot of fun. Because of my health conditions I did not partake of the breakfast but family did and found it sufficient.

The check out the personal do not put attention when I try talk to them

From the front end staff to the kind lady who got coffee and breakfast out early, this is by far the best, Best Western we have ever stayed at. When you put a kind smile with a spirit of excellence, it is hard to beat.

Everything was wonderful.
