"Great new hotel"

This is a great new hotel. The checkin went smoothly and expeditiously. The room I had was very nice. Spacious, clean, and modern. It was quiet. The service was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. I had booked a two night nonrefundable reservation; however, because I had a change of plans I left after one night. I asked if they would give me a refund for the second night and they did. Very nice of them. The breakfast was ok.

"Great, modern hotel with perfect hospitality! We will be back!"

We arrived by car at this new, modern hotel. We could easily park the car in one of the free parking spaces in the fenced area in front of the impressive building. At the reception we were welcomed by a lady who was top friendly and super professional at the same time. When we checked in, we immediately felt warmly welcome. We were given valuable tips for our stay in the city, and we were also helped to book a table for dinner when seats in the restaurants were scarce because of the weekend. The spacious rooms have a creative design. At the same time, they are very homely. Everything is absolutely clean. The beds are comfortable with pleasant pillows. Air conditioning and rain shower are of course also part of the great equipment. At breakfast, we were equally welcomed by brilliant staff who complemented the rich, high-quality buffet with perfect service. We will be back!

"A Short but Comfortable Visit"

Very gracious staff, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. We only spent one night in Matera but happy we stayed here. This hotel is just outside of city center but feels like you are in a suburban setting. Free on site parking and taxis available. Matera is a very interesting town/city.

"Très décevant "

La Chambre attribuée était une chambre PMR au rdch, juste à côté de la salle de déjeuner. Très décevant : douche avec eau à peine tiède voire carrément froide, toilette no coment, fenêtre donnait devant l’escalier d’évacuation et le stockage des bouteilles vides de la cuisine, aucune tisane riz bref pas du niveau d’un 4 * … aucun geste de la direction. Je n’y retournerai sûrement pas

Hotel neuf quu ne vaut pas ses 4 etoiles, tres tres decevanr, sirue dans une zone industrielle, avec construcriin a cote donc reveille des 7h30 par les marteaux, mais bien avant par les clients car l'hotel est tres mal insonorisé, c 'est incroyable ! La chambre une odeur de fumee mais apparemment c'est leur produit desinfectant...... La receptonniste est desagreable, et froide avec le client Seul point positif un serveur italien parlant le francais au petit déjeuner tres agreable, pres a vous rendre service, c'est rare Loin du centre , a fuir !

"Bello curato e pulito con comodo parcheggio "

Bella struttura moderna e molto curata. Pulitissima e con personale di grande garbo e gentilezza. Non semplicissimo da raggiungere perché i navigatori portano da un’altra parte ma le persone di Matera sono disponibilissime e con le loro indicazioni ci arriverete tranquilli
