Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff did help with TV issues in 1st Room, moved us to a different room.

We couldn't dial in the Temperature of A/C in room either too hot/cold. The shower door leaked, bed was too hard. TV package didn't have enough main channels. No microwave in room. Parking was limited on front door side. I thought the room rate was high for what we got in return.

The room was large and fairly clean.

The main door of the room was broken and would not lock with the safety. You can hear noises from all of the other rooms. There was no soundproofing very thin walls. The biggest issue was the bathroom door was a sliding barn door that was very difficult to open. So you needed a person on the outside to actually open the door or you would be locked in. The staff did nothing to correct this. Save your money, Go anywhere else!

Good location

Great modern property, food options on property and nearby, good gym, good room space and layout. Friendly staff.

Issue with elevator maintenance and had to physically carry luggage down stairs.
