Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again

Connecting Rooms promised were not available because connecting rooms were individually given to clients not using connecting rooms Even when that person had not checked in yet, causing our family to place minor children in a room without an adult. There were other minor issues that wouldn’t be an issue if the staff had any kind of proper training.

I booked this place because it’s well known and it’s all over the United States

Property was located in the ghetto. It was not showing on the website as downtown Waco. No one would even deliver to our room because of the neighborhood I wish we would’ve have known that it was located in the bad neighborhood and for the price it was not worth it. I will never book another stay there and will let my friend know. The pictures on the web site were totally a guided.

Vibrant colors and cleanliness. Quietness of the floor.

Located across from sketchy apts. sketchy people on street at all times. But very close to Baylor.

Neighborhood is very run-down. The drive to the hotel from the Magnolia are has boarded up business after boarded up business. Numerous abandoned businesses and structures. I was surprised at the location.

I like this property. Clean, comfy bed, WXYZ Bar is open and they have a pool table. Simple.
