First IN Mountain Chalets by we rent

Everything was good. The property was fully furnished and equipped. The location was perfect.

The communication is online texting in WhatsApp, sometimes call, but no one came and welcomed us in the first day and explained a little about some clarifications. Anyways, we managed, and the amount of money paid is high

Location is excellent - central while also calm.

House was not ready. Bottom floor rooms were not cleaned. Heating at the top floor was off / broken and the owner showed no interest in helping, quoting 20C on the 4th day (and the first 3 days were freezing, as well as mornings). Frying pans (2 out of 3) were not usable, and equipment was missing parts. The biggest problem was absolute denial of the owner of the heating problem although the staff promptly visited 2 times and stated there was something wrong! Overall, a rather uncomfortable stay for the family with kids. Also, note there is no view, balconies are facing another house directly.

Just the location

The booking was for 5 bedrooms and they provide me with 4 (one of the 4 in the basement with a very limited ventilation which is not for human ) with no apologies and when I ask for more space or beds they ask me to pay 900€ for 2 extra beds , the surprise was the 900 was for a one bed sheet!!! All the conversation. Is with me in the whats up ! The behavior and Attitude was so bad and no face to face communication only via whats up which was really unprofessional !! I paid money for less rooms and I paid for one bed sheet !! No cleaning at all for 7 days this point you should consider it. The living room the window shade is not working, no towels change in 6 nights. Will never choose it in the future. No facilities , not clean , no professional staff , high value !

Clean rooms and beds

Very small tight rooms. I call this an apartment not a chalet. The location is bad near cows barn and smell is bad and also flies get into the apartment.

We rented chalet A+C. Nice spacious terrace in chalet A with a view on Maiskogel. The equipment is functional and sufficient. The broken coffee machine was immediately exchanged for another one.

It was not very well cleaned. For example, long black hair in the bathtub, there was a lot of dust in several places. The big surprise was, that in each chalet have one of the bedrooms in the basement without windows! It smelled it there and it was impossible to ventilate out. Nowhere didn't mention, that the bedrooms were in the basement, on any photos didn't see this bedrooms :-(. Seems to me very unserius! Windowless bedroom in basement not adequate charging price. Basements bedroom in chalet C have bathroom in 1.floor :-(. Only one small dustbin is available for 3 chalets, there are no another dustbins for sorted waste. There were not enough bags for the trash cans, tablets for the dishwasher and toilet papers. We had to buy everything.
