Die Terrasse war total ungepflegt, überall wuchs Unkraut und auf dem Tisch stand ein gefüllter Aschenbecher. In der Gardine war ein großer Riss. Alles Dinge, die man ohne großen Aufwand beheben könnte.

Sehr sauber.

Check in dauerte über 30 Minuten, obwohl das Zimmer über booking com gebucht und schon voraus bezahlt war. Die Dame war völlig überfordert und wusste sich am Anfang nicht zu helfen. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Chefin hat es dann doch noch geklappt. Am nächsten Morgen weckte uns um kurz nach 9.00 Uhr die Reinigungskraft mit den Worten: aufstehen!!! Stand im Zimmer 😠 Check Out ist bis 12.00 Uhr!! Der Chef des Hotels hat dann mit mir über alles gesprochen und sich entschuldigt und mir zugesagt, das wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt im Dezember das Frühstück und die Tiefgarage kostenlos haben. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Habe direkt zu Hause für Dezember direkt über die Homepage des Hotels gebucht.👍🏻
