Hilton Garden Inn Grand Forks-Und

The property is nicely updated with many beautiful shared spaces throughout the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and bed comfy. We did not partake in the breakfast, as you have to pay. We did not use the indoor pool, as the chlorine smell was very strong, but it appeared clean and well-kept.

Lovely stay with excellent amenities, good parking, and decent food. Only wish breakfast was included.

Great beds and quiet. The only glitch was the south door not working with the card. I wish the continental breakfast would be included. Have stayed many times and always awesome.

Our hotel stay was very good. The pillows were much too soft so it was difficult sleeping. But otherwise it was very good.

The toilet in our room was plugged and the man at the desk said he would call maintenance that was at 10:30 am. We came back from shopping it still wasn’t fixed it wouldn’t flush. Then finally at 7:30 pm I asked for another room and he said he’d try get us a new room and after I had said we can’t even flush he gave us a new room. Very sad that it took all day and at fist he never believed me till he came himself. Just not impressed with the Hilton hotels.

I’m not big on amenities but man! Could I just buy a water then?

Roomy hallways and guest rooms. Hot tub was lukewarm and jeta were not working.

Very clean!! Toilet paper holder is behind a person , so took off so I could reach it better!! Like it very well there. Wish had known the pool and hot tub was not running due to waiting on parts. Otherwise, very comfortable😀😀
