Staff onsite were wonderfully helpful. Snack bar with ramen and toast available 24/7. Complimentary water, coffee, aloe drink was a very nice amenity.

Great hotel that saved us very last minute from a horrible place that we had booked. It was a great unexpected surprise! They even helped us to book a taxi to the airport. The snack bar and laundry service were a very useful addition.

The only bad thing was it could be quite noisy and easy to hear other guests due to the bare floors. But a pair of earplugs always helps. The hotel is a 15 minute to the nearest metro station and then up to half an hour into Seoul which was good for us but may be a little too far for some visiting the capital. The road next to the hotel is very loud but the windows are amazing for sound proofing!
