"Conference Stay"

The stay was great. But the Shuttle driver Kim Drayton was AWESOME! He was an amazing driver. He gave us tips about Charleston that were very helpful. Food was great and waitresses were good.

"Convenient to the Airport as we were traveling abroad."

We only stayed for one night but the Airport Shuttle drivers were extremely helpful & hospitable. Also we accidentally got locked outside in an open space near the pool and we called the front desk and they came quickly to help us. Prior to checking in a group of ladies were paying for their stay and there was confusion but the front desk clerk handled all very calmly, politely, and professionally. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool area as well.

I wanted to give a special shout-out to Kim, the shuttle driver at the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport. From the moment I arrived, Kim was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made the shuttle ride comfortable and enjoyable with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. It's always refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes pride in their job and goes out of their way to make guests feel valued. Kim helped make my stay start and end on a great note, and he is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you, Kim, for your kindness and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel, and guests can look forward to being well taken care of when riding the shuttle with him!

Love the happy hour wine and the mahi-mahi tacos! Also love the automatic blinds and shades in the room, as well as the sitting area and work area. Always appreciate bottles of water too!

The fact that they were going to make me walk to a different hotel because they were overbooked, even though I had reserved my room three months in advance!!

"Great stay for the family"

This was a great operation and jo was extremely helpful and made the trip great. There was an issue with our reservation but Jo found a way around it to make our stay in Charleston amazing. I want to thank all the staff.
